Can I Return or Exchange?We get it. Sometimes things happen and we'll do our best to make it right. If you some reason you need to return or exchange an order, please email us at support@remnantwarriors.com. Please be aware that exchanges and returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchasing to be eligible as long as they have not been washed, worn or damaged. All return shipping fees are paid for by the customer.

Are there any washing instructions?Machine wash cold inside out. Tumble dry low heat or hang dry.

Where are your products made?All of our products are made locally in the United States in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Yes, we are proud to be American!

What if Remnant Warriors messed up my order?It’s rare, but if we sent the wrong item(s), please begin an exchange by emailing us at support@remnantwarriors.com. Don't worry, we’ll take care of you!

Can I edit an order after I've placed it?At this time, we are unable to modify orders once they’re placed. However, if the order hasn’t shipped, we can try to cancel. To cancel your order, please email us at support@remnantwarriors.com and list the subject as “CANCEL ORDER” and we will do our best to cancel before your order ships.

Do you ship outside the USA?Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the continental USA. The hope is that as we grow, we can offer shipping to more places outside of the continental USA.

Can I pay with cash?Of course! We love cash! If you are located locally, we do have a pickup option in which you can pay with cash.
